Clean
Food was lousy! Service only so so, left a lot to be desired. Expensive parking.

The breakfast was sensational with bagels and fruit, as for instance, the staffing teams where outstandingly accommodating and exceptionally nice. The venue was in a central location close to Vizcaya Museum and downtown, and downtown and Bayside Marketplace.

We are from Miami and wanted to rent a room to get away from our everyday routine for just one night to celebrate our 5th year anniversary. The hotel staff was extremely professional and helpful from the moment we checked in till we left. The hotel has amazing art work everywhere and very clean.

I like the chicness and the location of this hotel. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful.
I was double charged for this room. I reserved the room on a credit card and once I arrived, I used another card to pay for this room. I was charged on both of my credit cards. I have already called to discuss this with an attendant and they only show one charge and I show both. Also, I was mislead by the title. This was not a double room with a double bed. It was a single room with a double bed. The description is very misleading.

Urbano is a small boutique Hotel. Very convenient for business . It has a very nice pool where you can relax afterwards. The rroms are big and clean. The restaurant was a little disappointing since they don't have a great selection.

The King Room was nicely decorated, and the pool area was perfect for unwinding after a long day. I really enjoyed chilling by the poolside and grabbed a drink from the terrace which was a great way to relax. Just a heads-up, the bathroom door was a bit tricky to slide, but it didn't spoil my stay at all 😊

The rooms are small, bathrooms are small, there are no adequate wardrobes, guests are noisy (noisy guests woke me and my wife up at 3:00 am), high prices for the services provided, unattentive staff (a member of the staff forgot my luggage in the car), the bed was awful - extremely uncomfortable.

Good standard hotel, consistently courteous staff from the bell men to the front desk clerk, everything was good. Private parking and nice hot and excellent breakfast with fruit and yoghurt, for example.
